We ship ready-made templates for dental and healthcare practices, salons and spas, real estate agencies, law firms, gyms and fitness studios, home services and trades, and auto services — plus a generic template that adapts to any other small business that books, qualifies, or answers over the phone.

Yes — Google Calendar, with two-way sync: the AI checks your real availability before offering slots and writes confirmed bookings back to your calendar automatically. We do not currently integrate with practice-management or booking software such as Dentrix, Cloudbeds, Vagaro, or Mindbody. If you run on one of those, CallXell can still answer calls and take structured messages, but bookings sync only to Google Calendar today.

Calls keep going — you just pay the overage rate for that plan ($0.18/min on Starter, $0.12/min on Growth, $0.08/min on Scale). You can also add a top-up pack or upgrade your plan from the dashboard at any time. Unused minutes don't roll over.

Setup takes about 5 minutes: paste your website, pick an industry template, confirm your hours, and (optionally) connect Google Calendar. Your AI is taking calls before you finish a cup of coffee.

Yes — every business sets its own agent name, greeting, system prompt, voice, and call template (lead-gen, support, scheduling) from the AI Settings page. The 7 industry templates ship as starting points, not cages.

One click from Dashboard → Billing. No retention call, no clawback, no fine print. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month so you keep the minutes you've paid for.

Calls are processed over encrypted transport (TLS for telephony, WSS for browser test calls). Knowledge-base content and credentials are stored in Supabase with row-level isolation per tenant, and we don't sell or share your data, period. To be equally clear about what we don't have: CallXell is not currently HIPAA certified, doesn't offer a BAA, and holds no SOC 2 or similar certification — if you need those for regulated data, we're not the right fit yet.
